So, to honor this classic beer cocktail from México, we are featuring our take on four variations; La Tradicional, Spicy Mango 🥭 🌶, Tamarind, and La Costeña 🍤 🍤 prepared with our housemade Shrimato (a shrimp stock based mix a la Clamato) garnished with shrimp, Cucumber, jicama, chamoy and a chilisalt rim.
