We werent joking when we said we had more amazing dishes hitting our menu. Todays Brunch service was a great success, with the AL Pastor Chilaquiles taking the lead as the crowd favorite, but you be the judge... Well be serving brunch from 11 am to 3 pm tomorrow. See you then 😉 

-Enfrijoladas: It is no surprise that this delicious dish was created in Oaxaca - one of the gastronomical wonders of México. It is the cousin to enchiladas, but this version is bathed in a silky black bean sauce. Popular through southern México with every abuelita having their own recipe. Our abuelitas take (by abuelita, I mean, Chef Michael Siegel) is topped with crema fresca, queso cotija white onion, avocado, chapulines, and micro cilantro. You gotta try it!

Chilaquiles offered three-ways! Los Clasicos preppared with a tomato-jalapeño salsa, AL Pastor with chunks of grilled pineapple in a tomato-habanero salsa, or Verdes served with a charred tomatillo salsa and our house-made chorizo verde. All chilaquiles are topped with 2 eggs, crema fresca, avocado, and cilantro. 

Brunch vibes on 💯! Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 3 pm..... and yes, there are still many more dishes to introduce! 😉

- Toasted Telera Bun, Refried Beans, Carnitas, Pickled Red Onions, Avocado served with over a mildly spicy Salsa Ahogada. While ours isnt drowning in sauce, it is dipping its toes in just enough to keep you coming back, bite after bite! 🔥 🌶  😋
