PLAYA – COCKTAIL MAKING, COOKING CLASS & TEQUILA TASTING
Monday, February 5, 2018 11:00- 2:30pm, Join Bill and Vanessa Higgins at Playa for a special day of cocktail making, behind the scenes cooking and tequila tasting. Have fun with our General Manager Manfred Mendez at the bar to learn the recipe for our famous Kill Bill…shhhh it’s a secret.
3 star and Michelin Bib Gourmand acclaimed Chef Omar Huerta will be at the helm to make some of Playa’s favorite dishes, and you can step into the kitchen to be hands on and learn how it’s done. Chef will also make a special dish from his home town in Jalisco that isn’t on our menu. Finish the day with desserts and a delicious and informative tequila tasting to send you on your way. $150 per person benefitting Old Mill School PTA.
